We really enjoy our Saanens. They are a wonderful and productive breed with an easy going temperament. Through the use of artificial insemination we have chosen bucks high on the USDA Elite Sire Summary to improve milk and components. Not surprisingly many Saanens are used in commercial dairies so there is a good amount of production data available. Daughters and sons of notable bucks including Willow Run DRZ Atlas, Briarwind Pharoh Talut, Heavenly Poor FRM Prime Rate, Cherrypines Stand Out, Old English Clinton, des Ruhigestelle Equus, Tim Tam Judge Roy Bean and Companeros Katsuo Denali Lama live in our herd.
