BEST in SHOW at the 2008 ADGA cheese competition. Our Parker, Gouda style cheese won over many other cheeses. Thank you to the Products Committee for showcasing the products produced by dairy goats.
All of our cheese is made by hand in small batches. Low temperature pasteurizing (147°F) maintains the high quality and flavor of the milk but prohibits undesireable bacteria. Due to their high moisture content, the fresh cheeses are best eaten within two weeks of purchase or they may be frozen to extend shelf life. Thaw in refrigerator, serve at room temperature.
We request a minimum order of $30.
